Three selection modes of the Bushnell Pro 1600 Slope Edition

Bushnell Pro 1600 uses a unique laser technology to calculate yardage. This device has three selection modes which makes it a state-of-the-art unit. Let’s see the details of the selection modes.

- Scan: This mode is perfect when you are on a new golf course and you want to look out for a good yardage to a tree-line, a series of bunkers or a creek. This mode allows you to scan along a tree line while the LCD updates the measured yards.

- Pinseeker: If the flag is among highly reflective trees, then you can use the Pinseeker mode to determine the distance of the flag. It does so by acquiring multiple signals and displaying the shortest distance. You need to be careful while using this mode and avoid overhanging limbs so that the laser does not bounce light off of them.

- Pinseeker with slope: This is the most interesting feature of the rangefinder. It’s usually difficult to determine the distance of the hole on an elevated course. This mode helps to calculate the distance of the holes based on the degree of elevation change. These three selection modes makes Bushnell Pro 1600 Slope Edition one of the best rangefinder in the market today.
