Forums about Video Games are Abundant
Discussion forums are great ways to disuss anything with people you have never met before. Video game forums are where players who never met each other for the most part talk about different aspects in the video game world. It seems as though there are multiple forums for every gaming system out there. As soon as a new system is announced we usually see a huge influx of new websites dedicated to that system. We saw this on a very large scale with Onlive forums. Once the new gaming system was announced in March, about 15 new forums for the system went up in a matter of hours. Usually one forum will take the top spot when looking as traffic. I remember when the Xbox was first launched there were literally thousands of forums out there for the system. However now there are only a few very large ones.
