for an army pt or phsyical training test there are three events 2 minutes push up followed by an immediate 2 minutes sit ups followed by a 2 mile run. these are individualy timed events and all have a (DSTTi) required set amount to accomplish in order to pass for my age group the push in 2 minutes had to be at least 45 i could do 107 was my highest sit ups was 60 minimum i could max out 117 my highest and the 2 mile run at least in 11 minutes i maxed at at under 7 minutes.
