My View On “Big U.S. Firms Shift Hiring Abroad”

Then we should all get behind new technologies like green energy and nanotechnology. We keep relying on what we are comfortable with and resting on our laurels we will end up like Europe. This is not about capitalism or socialism, this is about being lazy and relying on what we are comfortable with or moving forward with new advances. How many jobs could be created through a high speed rail build out? How about an increase in what are currently expensive green tech but someday will not be as expensive. Rather than cutting science education we need to be doubling down on these things. BUT these things do cost money. The question is how are you go green environmentsing to pay for it. Or we could simply keep yelling drill baby drill (no doubt a job producer, but with a fairly limited resource and one that will not be creating tons of new jobs) and fighting over a 3% tax cut for income over 250K. I feel confident that if we get our national fiscal policy in order, things will look better soon. The only thing that scares me are the ideologues who may be willing to torpedo America to satisfy their ideological beliefs.
