Pump It Up!
My saving grace when I lived in a five hundred square foot apartment in Manhattan was an air mattress for guests. Everyone wanted to come and visit and staying in an expensive hotel was never an option. So I could offer them my air mattress in place of that. They are always appreciative since getting a hotel in New York City is usually two hundred dollars a night at a minimum. So in return, my friends would usually take me out to dinner as a thank you. That’s not a bad deal, air mattresses for food. I highly recommend it to anyone living in a small space.
