Just a thought

Pondering my ventures as a youth, I discovered that I have stayed, with at least six families that had troubled teen homes.  Some were doing the home school thing, others did therapy, and some sent their kids to a camp or school for troubled teens.  Now, I still keep in contact with these kids, now pre-adults, and from what they tell me what their parents did for them changed their lives in a positive way.  For sure there are some unsuccessful stories of  troubled teens recieving help, but the kids I know actually had a desire to become something great in life, and maybe getting that help when they were young made it possible to have that attitude.
