You can use a free version Envisioneer Express which is perfect for small homes, redesigning single rooms, kitchens etc.It is a basic program to create floor plans. You can use it to remodel your kitchen or use it to see how your new furniture looks in your room. Unlike other sophisticated CAD programs this does not require much technical knowledge at all.
