Spinal Problems can Cause Headaches
While getting my hair colored yesterday at the beauty salon, I had plenty of time to read magazines. One article in particular caught my attention since it was relevant to what I have been going through for weeks. Even now, my head is pounding. Maybe it is due to the stress of trying to raise my three grandsons. That should be enough to give anybody a headache. Whatever the reason, the chiropractic for headaches article hit home. I never even considered seeking out help from that source but after reading that article, it made sense. Besides the kids screaming all day giving me migraines, I could be hurting my spine by picking up the two preschoolers so frequently. The problems with my back could then be causing my headaches. I’m definitely looking into this further.
