Add Muscle For The Summer

Are you skinny and looking to add some muscelmass befrore the summer gets here? Most people are concerned about fat loss. The skinny guys problem is the lack of muscle mass.  You will need training, nutrition, and consistancy in order to accomplish this.  Skinny guys tend to be quite lean so body fat is not an issue that needs to be addressed.  A workout plan for you is going to be drastically different than that of someone who needs to burn fat. You wont have to worry about the best fat burning foods, you need to worry about foods in general.
