clean bulking

right now my diet and fitness programs is going through alot of changes. i want to gain more mas but i do not want to get too fat while i am doing it. this is a reality. it is not like i want to stay totaly lean,  this is not possibel and i know that, but there are ways to do it and not gain 20 pounds of fat in the process. it can be really tough to dial in a diet that can do this for you. i know that i am trying though. making it work is tricky.
