Anxiety or Panic Attacks
Regardless of how you handle stress, you are most likely aware that with more and more responsibility of adulthood, the more likely you are to have bouts where you feel nervous or out of control. It doesn’t make much difference whether you identify it as anxiety or panic attacks, the fact of the matter is, you have to find a way to cope. And, coping mechanisms vary from person to person depending on each person’s own methods. And, of course, each doctor will often refer to these attacks by a different name. It’s totally a personal call for what you feel is happening, anxiety or panic. They basically mean the same and cause the same issues.
