Solid Business
One of the main things I would stress to any new and/or prospective business owner is to invest in and hire business coaches. These people can bring invaluable viewpoints and perspectives to one’s own company. Should you or I endure professional failure in order to achieve professional success just so we can say “we did it my way?” I don’t think so. Unfortunately, I did not heed this advice when it was presented to me and I suffered a lot of business losses because of this. A solid business needs a solid foundation and this choice can be one of the founding cornerstones of your company.
