Defect merchandise
“Yuck! I’m gonna sue them!” I have often said this when what ever I have been eating or drinking has not been up to the usual or expected standard. This applies especially to goods that one has bought, say from a vending machine. Unfortunately, if the chocolate has passed its expiration date, then that is not a reason to call your favourite Toronto Injury Lawyer and institute litigation. Sometimes people just need to be sensible. Sure, if my health were permanently affected because of defective merchandise then sure, you might have a claim. Or you might not. It is always difficult to say.
