I do not think that it was until I was out of college when I realized I should pamper myself with fluffy blankets. You know how it is when you are in college that you can barely afford to make ends meet let alone buy fancy bedding. That is why one of the first gifts that I bought for my daughter was a great big pillow blanket for her to put on her bed or for her to lounge on the couch with. I know that there will be plenty of late nights studying and I want her to be in some home creature comforts.

The Apple iPad is due to start shipping at the end of March. There was a lot of fuss when it was originally shown off by Steve Jobs, but this seems to have died down a little bit now. Some pundits are predicting that it will kill of e-book readers in general and the Amazon Kindle in particular. Personally, I find this hard to imagine – the two devices are really quite different and they are offered on different pricing plans – the Kindle has free 3G connectivity whereas the iPad requires a monthly payment for this, which some people won’t like. The worst thing I can think of is that Amazon may need to drop the price of the Kindle DX somewhat – but they would have needed to do this anyway at some point.

A condition in which most of the male that are over the age of 40 is affected is what we called gout. As a kid, Christmas means having lots of presents coming from my relatives and friends. I love seeing my Christmas stocking full of goodies and the Christmas tree filled with beautifully wrapped Christmas GIFTS. I love waking up in the morning with the smell of hot cocoa filling my nostrils. I love seeing my family gathered around the Christmas tree with gifts all ready to be given. I love to hear the joy and laughter coming from my family as they all opened their Christmas gifts. I love to watch my family gather around the piano and sing Christmas carols while my uncle is playing. And the best thing I love about Christmas morning is spending it with my family.

I just celebrated my birthday yesterday. It was a wonderful day for me as well as for my friends and family. A lot of people went to my house to celebrate a very special day in my life. I got so many gifts from the guests. I even got tablelamps from my boss. He knows me better than some of my friends, and he knows very well how much I love to buy lighting fixtures. I kept on asking him where he buys his table lamps, and he told me that it was from those questions that he got the idea of giving me my own table lamps.
